Schumann Resonance 

Schumann resonances are naturally occurring low-frequency electromagnetic vibrations. These vibrations are created by lightning. With each strike, energy is forced into our atmosphere and that energy creates an eruption of vibration waves that travel at the speed of light around Earth at an average of 7.83 times per second. 

Resonance 

Every cell in your body is vibrating. The vibrations stimulate cells to perform functions within and around each cell. Frequencies that fall within the range of the “biological window” create vibrations that allow cells to perform their appropriate functions, they help your cells to function optimally.
