Situation: I have had low vision diagnosis for a long time. I was told that by the time I was in my late 50s, I would be legally blind. The last eyeglass prescription I had filled only improved my eyesight to 20\/50. I was on the edge of being able to drive.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\"><div dir=\"auto\">Then entered Amare.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\"><div dir=\"auto\">In my classes, I teach about the gut\/brain connection ALL THE TIME. It&#8217;s why Stacy Cooper&#8217;s sign at the MENS Fair caught my attention. I told her &#8216;I teach this stuff.&#8217;<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\"><div dir=\"auto\">Anyway, long story short, BECAUSE IT ALL BEGINS IN THE GUT, my vision has improved. I was in trifocals by late 30s. Bifocals by 25. In fact, this vision test at 25 said my vision was as a 60 year old. LOL.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\"><div dir=\"auto\">Lately, I&#8217;ve been noticing that I needed to remove my glasses to see clearly. Yep, to see clearly. Yesterday I started wondering if I could get by with only reading glasses. Today, I tested it.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\"><div dir=\"auto\">YES!!!! I can ditch my trifocals and use only reading glasses. And I fully expect my vision to continue to improve. (I&#8217;ve been in glasses since age 6.) But about 2 weeks ago, I had my glasses off so I could see clearly &lt;G&gt; and looked down at a book. I was able to read every word crystal clear!!! Then it was gone.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\"><div dir=\"auto\">But that&#8217;s why I believe it will continue to improve.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql o9v6fnle ii04i59q\"><div dir=\"auto\">For someone who was on the verge of being diagnosed legally blind, I cannot tell you what this means to me. I&#8217;ve also regained my ability to see colors. And my taste has been slowly improving also.
